Women Workplace Index - WWi

With objectives to raise awareness, encourage tracking, and accelerate changes in the workplace via best practices, WWI helps and facilitates employers in their journey of tracking and disclosing their women's workplace practices as well as to recognize and showcase them for the progress they make from year to year. WWI aims to establish and operate a certification regime on employers’ disclosures on women's workplace representation and practices in Asia. They encourage disclosure, set best practices, and accelerate changes to augment women’s representation in the workplace and support them in straddling family and work, ultimately contributing to the sustainability of our society and values. The tech used in this project was Javascript-based i.e. HTML/CSS, React.js, TailwindCSS, and Vercel.
